Do you allow any outside food or beverage in?

No, we do not allow any outside food or beverage.  It is against our health code and policy.  If there is a dietary restriction, please contact to our Event Specialist to accommodate.

What are your room rental fees?

$20 per hour for Community Rooms 1 or 2

$40 Per hour for Community Rooms 1 and 2 

$40 per hour for Dining Room or Patio

$80 per hour for Community Rooms 1 and 2 and Patio/Dining Room

Do you have any Food & Beverage Minimums?

Revenue in the amount of $200 in pre-ordered food & beverage will result in waiving all room charges for both of the Community Rooms

Revenue in the amount of $300 in pre-ordered food & beverage will result in waiving all room charges for either of the patio or dining room. 

Revenue in the amount of $400 in pre-ordered food & beverage will result in waiving all room charges for the community rooms and patio/dining room.  

The food minimum for tented events is $500.  Tent prices and rentals may vary.  Please contact an Event Specialist for more information. 

How many people can you accommodate onsite or off premises? 

We can host under 10 people to over 250 on site.

We can cater 10 people to 200 off premises. 

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% deposit of your final food menu.  This deposit is due 7-14 days prior to your event, the date may change due to the size of your event.  

What is your Catering Administrative Fee?

Our Catering Administrative Fee is a 15% service charge that is added to all food and beverage, this is an industry standard associated with catering related supplies.  This allows us not to charge you per place setting and equipment needed for the event.  There may be some additional charges if other products need to be rented out. 

Is gratuity included?

Yes.  We include an 18% gratuity.  This charge is 18% of the food and beverage total.
